Keynote Speaker Australia
David Caruso is a keynote speaker in Australia for business audiences who want something they can use. He speaks on small business, marketing and AI, drawing on 36+ years in business and an ecommerce group he still runs today.
An Australian keynote speaker with a real business story
David grew up in Sydney's west. He built a multi-million dollar equipment hire business there and exited at 40. Retirement lasted about twelve months before he wanted back in.
He spent the best part of the next decade speaking to business audiences across Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Then, at 49, he started again with BuyFactory.direct, which now runs 60+ brands selling into 32 countries. He runs it from Thailand.
That's the story behind every talk: someone who has built, exited, started over, and is still testing ideas with his own money.

Your Next Hire Isn't Human

Customers are starting to send AI agents to research, compare and buy on their behalf. If an agent cannot read your business, it cannot recommend it, and it cannot buy from it. David walks through what an agent-ready business looks like, machine-readable pages, published prices, structured answers, a way for an agent to enquire or order without a browser, and shows what he has done on his own sites so the audience can copy it that week.

Business keynote speaker fees in Australia

What moves the quote: format and length, a pre-event survey or interviews, more than one session, a custom programme, recording, and travel days. You deal with David directly and get a proposal within 24 hours.
